Their first-ever album of entirely original songs, In the Ground sees the Gibson Brothers taking on their own roots as the sixth generation of Gibsons to grow up on their family farm.

With his recent passing, this collection of never-before-released material has become a memorial album as well, for his pervasive influence can be heard on every track. Bluegrass banjo doesn't get much better than this.

Sierra Hull Covers Adele's 'Someone Like You'

Sierra HullBurlington, MA -- 19-year old mandolin prodigy Sierra Hull covers bluegrass fan Adele's touching ballad from her critically acclaimed album 21. The video will be premiering on CMT.com beginning today and the single of the song will be available at all digital retailers August 2. "I've recently become a big fan of Adele's music. I first bought her album 21 a few months ago," says Hull. "She's an amazing singer and songwriter. I really loved how simple her version was of 'Someone Like You' was and thought it would translate well to cover acoustically with a full band."

Steve Martin and Steep Canyon Rangers Continue Tour

Rare Bird AlertBurlington, MA - Steve Martin and the Steep Canyon Rangers continue their "Evening of Bluegrass and Comedy" tour in support of their #1 bluegrass release Rare Bird Alert. On July 4th, they will be performing on A Capitol Fourth, the live PBS broadcast of America's favorite Independence Day tradition. Inspired by that upcoming performance and from facts learned from David Hackett Fischers' book, "Paul Revere's Ride," Steve wrote and recorded a new single, "Me And Paul Revere." Martin crafted a wonderful story about this historical ride from the perspective of Revere's horse.
