Delta Reign to be Represented by Dendler Management Agency

Delta ReignDayton, Ohio - Dendler Management Agency is proud to announce the addition of bluegrass music group Delta Reign to their growing roster of artists for exclusive representation. Formed in the fall of 2004 by husband and wife team Pat and Benita Murphy, Alabama-based Delta Reign considers themselve’s just a bit different from the norm.

The Expedition Show Release “Stormy Horizons”

The Spinney Brothers “No Borders” Released

No BordersWillis, VA -- Nova Scotia natives, The Spinney Brothers, release their new CD, No Borders, on Mountain Fever Records. Their first single “Grandpa’s Way of Life” hit radio in March and has been receiving great support from DJs nationwide. The Brothers are considered “Canada’s International Bluegrass Band,” and No Borders marks the band’s second release on the Virginia based label and is produced by well-known bluegrass musician Ron Stewart, who's recognizable fiddle playing can also be heard on several songs throughout the record. WAMU’s Bluegrass Country recently featured the Official debut of No Borders, on Tuesday, April 30th.No Borders

Jeff Brown and Still Lonesome Release Single "These Old Blues"

Jeff Brown and Still Lonesome-These Old BluesWillis, VA) — Former Larry Sparks sideman, Jeff Brown along with his new band, Still Lonesome, release the single "These Old Blues" from their upcoming June Mountain Fever release, Blue Side of Me today. The song was written by Brown’s former boss, Larry Sparks and sister Bernice (Jaymore Music ©BMI). Members of Still Lonesome, Jeff Brown, Austin Brown, Meredith Goins, Josh Blankenship and Josh Underwood, all add their own unique flair to the group’s music. Wyatt Rice makes a guest appearance on guitar.

Highly Anticipated Hammertown Debut Album Released

HammertowneWillis, VA — Mountain Fever Records is proud to release the debut of Hammertowne’s new self-titled album today. Hammertowne is a five man group that originates in the “cradle of bluegrass music” of the Eastern Kentucky foothills. This inaugural effort features original band tunes, two originals by talented young songwriter, Kyle Burnett and three traditional songs. The track list includes “ I’m Thinking You Don’t Love Me Anymore”, “Cherokee Maiden,” “Movin',” “This Old Martin Box,” “Iver Johnson is My Name” and more.

Hammertowne's New Album Coming Soon!

HammertowneComing from the "Cradle of Bluegrass Music", as the foothills of Eastern Kentucky are called, This five man group of Dave Carroll, Chaston Carroll, Doug Burchett, Brent Pack, and Scott Tackett came together while working on a solo project for Scott Tackett. Not new to the pro circuit, they all have experience with Dave Evans, Ernie Thacker, New River Line and other groups. The group also garnered the 2012 National Bluegrass B.O.R.N. Award. The band expecting their debut album to be released this coming week according to Dave Carroll.

Jason Davis Releases New Single “Bootleg John” from Upcoming Project

Jason DavisWillis, VA -- Mountain Fever Records releases the new single “Bootleg John” to radio today from the as-yet-to-be-titled new solo project from sideman and Junior Sisk banjo player, Jason Davis. Guests on this new album and the core rhythm section include Kevin McKinnon on guitar and mandolin, Kameron Keller on bass, and Justen Haynes and Ron Stewart who split the fiddle work. Some of Davis’ favorite singers in bluegrass are also featured including Greg Luck, Shawn Lane, Steve Gulley, Junior Sisk, Jason and Justin Tomlin, Dwight McCall, Daniel Salyer and Eli Johnston.

Volume Five to Hold CD Release Party Saturday

 RunNashville, TN -- Volume Five will hold a CD release party on March 9th at 6 p.m. EST at Everett's Music Barn in Suwannee, GA, to celebrate the release of their third album, Run, with Mountain Fever Records. Tickets are $15. The album hit shelves on February 26, and Its first single, "Rich Man's Daughter", was released in October and has reached number one on Bluegrass Today's Weekly Top 20 Chart.

Bluegrass Gospel Group The Churchmen Join Mountain Fever Records

The ChurchmenWillis, VA -- Dove nominated bluegrass gospel group, The Churchmen, are joining forces with Virginia based Mountain Fever Records on their spring release Mercy Road, the inaugural venture for the band on the label.
