Deering BanjosSpring Valley, CA -- September 25th, 2012 - The Deering Banjo Company is the world leader in the banjo market, and their global dealer network is experiencing an increased demand from their customers for quality American-made Deering banjos. For much of the companies 38 year history, demand has been limited to a specific niche of player but Deering now finds itself in uncharted territory as it maps out plans to increase production enough to keep pace with this sudden increase in banjo popularity. But what has led to this sudden demand? Co-founder and CEO Janet Deering suggests that quality and patriotism have played a key role. “Our customers want to buy quality instruments that will not only be a joy to play for generations, but that actually contribute to the economy and the well being of this nation. They know that they will get a far superior instrument in a Deering. The fact that it is also built by an American workforce, right here in California adds a quality that few others can compete with. This is something that really strikes a chord with us and our customers”.
