Russell Moore & IIIrd Tyme OutCumming, GA -- 25 years! 25 YEARS!!! It seems almost impossible to believe. On one hand it's gone by so fast but on the other...well, that is a quarter century! Ha! All kidding aside, it has been a fantastic journey to this point with IIIrd Tyme Out. We've traveled millions of miles, played thousands upon thousands of shows, and have made a list of friends that would stretch around the world a dozen times! We can't thank all of you enough for supporting our dream of playing music all these years. To say we are excited about all of this would be an understatement! We've got several things to tell you about so let's get started!

"It's About Tyme" Tops National Chart for 5th Consecutive Month

Russell Moore & IIIrd Tyme OutCumming, GA -- Russell Moore & IIIrd Tyme Out, who will celebrate their 25th anniversary as one of bluegrass music's most iconic, ground-breaking bands, are setting records with their self-produced album, It's About Tyme. In April, the album claims the #1 spot on the National Bluegrass Survey's Top 15 Albums chart again, making this their FIFTH consecutive month at top. Additionally, the band celebrates a second consecutive month at #1 on the National Survery's Top 30 Songs chart with "Brown County Red" at #1 in March and "I'm Leaving You And Fort Worth Too" reaching #1 in April.

It's About TymeCumming, GA -- Russell Moore & IIIrd Tyme Out have reached a new career milestone with their latest album, It's About Tyme. Released September 4th on Break A String Records, It's About Tyme has been the fastest charting album in the band's history, making its debut on the National Bluegrass Survey's Top 15 Albums at #2 in November, climbing to #1 in December, and remaining at the top of the chart for an unprecedented four consecutive months through March! Additionally, the first single, "Brown County Red" is #1 on the National Bluegrass Survey's Top 30 Songs chart. Rounding out the Top 30 Songs chart are two more tracks from the album; "I'm Leaving You And Fort Worth Too" at #3 and "Had It Not Been For The Train" coming in at #23.

The album also topped the year-end Roots Music Reports Top 50 Albums chart for 2015 at #1.
