Junior Sisk & Ramblers ChoiceThe leaves have changed, there's a chill in the air... looks like fall is definitely here! That means the bluegrass festival season is coming to an end, but Junior Sisk & Ramblers Choice still have plenty going on! They are heading back to the studio throughout the late fall and winter as they continue working on their new album, their first for Mountain Fever Records. Their Mountain Fever debut album is due out March, 2016.

Donna Ulisse & Bryan Sutton Back in the Studio Again

Donna Ulisse and Bryan SuttonSinger songwriter Donna Ulisse and guitar virtuoso Bryan Sutton are preparing to team up for their second studio effort on the Hadley Music Group label. The album will be Ulisse's eighth release on the label.

Doyle Lawson & Quicksilver Putting Together a New Project

Doyle LawsonDoyle Lawson announced that he's been in the studio putting a wrap on the next Crowe, Lawson and Williams CD. They had a bit of final tweaking to do and now, the project is good to go. There isn't a release date established yet but stay tuned as Crossroads will announce it soon.

Stetson Family in Studios Recording New Album

The Stetson FamilyAustralia's Bluegrass music group, The Stetson Family is reved up and excited to be back in the studio recording their next album. For this time around, the Stetson Family is working with the mighty Colin Wynne, the man with the cheekiest grin in music, at his wonderful Thirty Mill Studios.

Junior Sisk & Ramblers Choice Start on New Album

Junior Sisk & Ramblers ChoiceJunior Sisk & Ramblers Choice are excited to announce that the band has started work on recording a new album. The guys spent February 5-6 working with Wesley Easter at Eastwood Studios in Cana, VA, where they were able to start working on about five songs. They'll be working on the album through the end of March, and hope to have it released this summer. The band is sharing time in the studio with their time on the road.

Nightflyer Back in the Studio for Second CD

Nightflyer BandNightflyer is back in the studio working on their second CD. Nightflyer is one bluegrass band you don't want to miss -- mostly contemporary with strong traditional bluegrass roots, a little gospel and just a touch of the blues thrown in, and nothing but fun to watch. The southwest Ohio band consists of Rick Hayes, Richard Propps, Ronnie Stewart, Tim Jackson and Tony Kakaris. The project is being recorded at Hayes studio, Hayes Productions, and is being co-produced by Clay Hess and Rick Hayes. It includes many never recorded songs written by Paula Breedlove, Brad Davis, Rick Lang, Joe Richardson, and others; and a few covers with a distinctive Nightflyer stamp on them. The projected spring release of the yet-to-be-named CD will be on the Kang Records label.
