DelFest Bluegrass Music Festival Lineup Announced

DelFest 2014Nasvhville, TN -- The hardest part of any festival is continuing to not only march out strong lineups year after year, but marching out a lineup that the fans feel is the strongest yet. DelFest continues to rise to the challenge, and once again, organizers feel like they are on track to give the fans exactly what they want. DelFest takes place Memorial Day Weekend -- May 22 to 25, 2014 in Cumberland, Maryland.

Merle Haggard and Ricky Skaggs Round Out MerleFest Lineup

Ricky Skaggs and Merle HaggardWilkesboro, NC -- As announced earlier today via Billboard.com, legendary country music artist Merle Haggard will perform for the first time at MerleFest as he closes MerleFest 2014 in Wilkesboro, North Carolina, on Sunday, April 27. The festival also welcomes back MerleFest favorite Ricky Skaggs, whose Saturday, April 26, evening performance will mark the 12th time that the famed bluegrass musician has appeared in the lineup. MerleFest, presented by Lowe’s and slated for April 24-27, 2014, is an annual homecoming of musicians and music fans that takes place on the campus of Wilkes Community College.

Junior Sisk & Ramblers Choice Joins Lineup for Huck Finn Jubilee

Line-up Additions for John Hartford Memorial Festival Announced

Detour Bluegrass Band Signs with Mountain Fever Reccords

Detour Joins Mountain FeverWillis, VA -- Virginia based Mountain Fever Records kicks off 2014 in a big way with the signing of popular contemporary bluegrass band Detour. The Michigan-based band is well-known for their tight focused harmonies, precision instrumentals, and creative melodies that take listeners down a unique bluegrass road.
