New Roots Venue Opens with Jeff Austin, Del & Dawg, Della Mae

David Grisman and Del McCouryBrooklyn’s newest music venue The Hall at MP will be launching its first series of American Roots music shows with three special performances: The Jeff Austin Band on Friday, November 6, Del & Dawg, the collaboration between bluegrass legends Del McCoury and David Grisman, on Saturday, November 7, and Della Mae on Wednesday, November 11.

Punch BrothersSix months into 2015. Musically, the sound has been coming in with quantity and quality neck and neck in the submission process. We have curated our picks for the Top 50 album of the year....so far. As always, the toughest part of the task was the decision. This list could have easily been 75 artists, and a hundred would not have been a stretch. Half of 2015 is in the rear view mirror but the soundtrack soundtrack is still playing out the car window as we roll down the highway.

Della Mae to Perform at Blue Ridge Music Center June 13

Della MaeDella Mae, an all-female contemporary Bluegrass-Americana group, takes the stage at the Blue Ridge Music Center amphitheater on Saturday, June 13, as part of a cross-country tour promoting the band’s new self-titled record. 15th Annual Bristol Rhythm & Roots Reunion Lineup Announced

MerleFest Lineup Features IBMA Award-Winning Artists
