Hazzard Homecoming Promises To Be A Very Special Reunion

Dukes of HazzardWashington, VA -- If the ace mechanic who kept Hazzard County rolling is correct, a weekend in August in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia is going to be a turbo-charged delight for the faithful fans of "The Dukes of Hazzard." Ben Jones, the former Congressman who played "Cooter" on the ever-popular family show is putting together another "Hazzard Homecoming" extravaganza on the weekend of August 11th and 12th in picturesque Rappahannock County, Virginia, and according to him, "Hazzard Nation is rising again!"

Hazzard HomecomingIf you are driving into the Shenandoah National Park on the weekend of August 13th and 14th and you see about a hundred "General Lee" 1969 Dodge Chargers rolling through the Blue Ridge Mountains, don't panic. According to Ben Jones, that is simply "Hazzard Nation" heading to Sperryville, Virginia.

And don't be surprised if you see a gal that looks like Daisy Duke, because Catherine Bach, who played Daisy in the hit TV series Dukes of Hazzard, will be there among the several thousand fans gathering for the First Annual 'Hazzard Homecoming' in Sperryville, Virginia.
