Anyone knows that to do something right, there must be a lot of hard work and persistence. We're learning what that means more and more as our band grows. There are always paths to choose and decisions to make. We have consistently tried to make the wisest choices with the information provided to us. This is especially difficult because there is no rule book for what we want to do. There is no airplane safety sheet with pretty little pictures telling us what do in case of emergency. In some ways that can be daunting, but in other ways it allows you a lot of freedom.
