Curly SecklerBluegrass legend Curly Seckler is still performing after 75 years. While it is true that he has slowed down a bit since celebrating his 91st birthday in December of 2010, September promises to be a busy month for him. He hopes to see you at one of these upcoming events.

Rural Rhythm Announces Bean Blossom Live Album Recording

Bean Blossom SignRural Rhythm Records is proud to announce a live album recording during the 45th Annual Bill Monroe Memorial Bean Blossom Bluegrass Festival in celebration of the 100th anniversary of the birth of the Father of Bluegrass, Bill Monroe. This 8-day event began June 11 and ran through June 18, 2011. With over 50 bluegrass bands performing during the festival, Rural Rhythm is proud to announce the following performances by the label's artists: Lonesome River Band, Russell Moore & III Tyme Out, Bobby Osborne & Rocky Top X-Press, Lou Reid & Carolina, Audie Blaylock & Redline, Blue Moon Rising, Grasstowne, Brand New Strings, Carolina Road, The Bartley Brothers, Rickey Wasson, Dwight McCall along with other special artists including Ronnie Reno and many more.
