Go ParkerJeff Parker's first CD since 2004, Go Parker! provides a wide selection of material that includes covers of songs by Green Day and Mickey & The Motorcars as well as several original tunes written by established and rising bluegrass music songwriters. Two tracks feature Dailey & Vincent, whom Parker performs with regularly, and the album also features a duet with Cia Cherryholmes. The most downloaded single so far, "Lord I Hate to See My Darling Go" (Edwards, Hooker, and Pyrtle) was one of Sirius XM's Most-Played Tracks on Bluegrass Junction. Jeff recently recorded Track by Track, which will air on Sirius XM's Bluegrass Junction on January 9, 2013.

Marty Atkinson and Katy Boyd Release Their Debut CD, “Once in a Bluegrass Moon”

Beautifully recorded by Thom Jutz (Nanci Griffith) at his studio in Nashville, the new CD was produced by Jutz, Atkinson and Boyd and features 21 original songs that focus on relationships, as well as funny, insightful stories and some rough tales of the road, all accented with luxurious vocal harmonies that recall Crosby, Stills & Nash and Fleetwood Mac. Backing the duo is a cadre of Nashville A-list players including Justin Moses (banjo, mandolin, fiddle) and Mark Fein (bass), both of Ricky Skaggs’ band; as well as Fats Kaplin (steel guitar), Gary Smith (piano), Lynn Williams and Steve Brewster (drums) and Thomm Jutz (guitars, keyboards).

DaylightAsheville, NC -- John Driskell Hopkins has walked the musical path for the last 20 years. As a bass player, guitar player, singer and songwriter for several bands of the rock variety, Hopkins rooted himself in the Atlanta, GA music scene in 1995, producing records and touring with his band Brighter Shade and later becoming a founding member of the Zac Brown Band to this day. Now he has teamed up with North Carolina bluegrass band, Balsam Range, to record a new album, Daylight, which debuted at the Southern Ground Music and Food Festival in Charleston, SC in October 2012.
