Marty Stuart and the SuperlativesMarty Stuart's Late Night Jam has become recognized as the kick off event of the CMA Music Festival and in 2012, Marty will celebrate the jam session's 11th year. Marty started the event as way to welcome fans to country music's biggest festival, but the jam has also raised hundreds of thousands of dollars for MusiCares, which provides assistance for music people in times of need.

In the past, Keith Urban, Vince Gill, Dierks Bentley, Charlie Daniels, Porter Wagoner, Neko Case, Old Crow Medicine Show, Jerry Lee Lewis and many more have shown up for the jam session.

Last year Marty Stuart celebrated the 10th anniversary of the Late Night Jam as he kicked off that year's CMA Music Festival and the annual Springer Mountain Farms Bluegrass Nights at the Ryman summer concert series. Stuart is a favorite at the Ryman and if last year's sold-out performance is a any indication, if you want tickets, you need to act fast. Tickets are available at: The Ryman Ticket Sales web site.

Stuart, a stalwart of traditional country music, recently received his fifth career Grammy® award for "Best Country Instrumental" for "Hummingbyrd," from his critically acclaimed album Ghost Train (The Studio B Sessions). His TV show, The Marty Stuart Show, continues to bring traditional country music into living rooms across the country every Saturday night on RFD-TV.
