Johnny Butten and Recording King Renew Endorsements Again

Printer-friendly versionPrinter-friendly version
Johnny ButtenOn June 15th, Johnny Butten became a second term endorsee for Recording King Banjos. The first term was for just 1 year where he joined fellow banjo player and Recording King endorsee Kenny Ingram. This time, Johnny and Recording King have agreed on a 3 year contract.

"I am very happy with the endorsement and have nothing but good things to say about RK banjos, the RK range of instruments and, of course, their staff. They make great sounding affordable instruments for the beginner to advanced player and are 'in tune' (excuse the pun) with what people want. It's so nice in this day and age to be associated with a company that cares about it's product AND it's customers."

Johnny will be working on several new albums and recording projects in the near future and also finalizing a banjo "jam" book with an accompanying CD.

In September, Johnny's band, Telegraph Road, will hit the UK for a 2-week tour before they return to the uS to perform at Hostfest for 4 days as soon as they land.

"2011 has proved a difficult year with green card problems etc. but, Johnny has persevered and we are all looking forward to 2012" says Sammy Butten.
