Buddy Melton and Milan Miller Release “Adeline” Video

Adeline“Adeline” is the first single and lead off track from the new project by Buddy Melton and Milan Miller titled Secrets, Dreams and Pretty Things. Buddy and Milan have released a sneak peak video from their soon to be released album due out March 11, 2016. The song “Adeline” was written by Milan for Buddy and his daughter a few years ago, and is now the first single from the project.

The track features Buddy on the lead vocal and upright bass, Milan on guitar and the baritone vocal, Sammy Shelor on banjo, Adam Steffey on mandolin, Aubrey Haynie on fiddle, and Carl Jackson on the tenor vocal. Radio programmers can download the single from AirPlayDirect.

Buddy and Milan both grew up in Haywood County, NC and became fast friends after meeting at a jam session in the late 90’s. Since that initial introduction almost two decades ago, the two have been frequent collaborators and have supported each other in a variety of musical endeavors. Buddy is a founding member of the multi award-winning band Balsam Range and was named Male Vocalist of the Year by the International Bluegrass Music Association (IBMA) in 2014. Milan has become a well-known songwriter within the Bluegrass genre scoring several chart topping songs and two nominations for IBMA Song of the Year.

Secrets, Dreams & Pretty Things is their first full-length Bluegrass project together, and in addition to those mentioned above, the album features guest appearances by Marc Pruett, Terry Baucom, Darren Nicholson, Rob Ickes, Caleb Smith, John Cowan, Tim Surrett, Missy Armstrong, Ron Stewart, and more.
