Tim White CD Release Party at ACMA Pickin Porch Aug 3rd

King of the Left-Hand LaneBristol, TN/VA -- The ACMA Pickin Porch will be the site of a CD release party on Monday, August 3rd. Tim White invites everyone to attend his release of the Heartland Recording Label's King of the Left-Hand Lane CD. The recording was produced in Bristol, TN at Ray Dearstone's Heartland Recording Studios and includes Tim's original song which is the title cut "King of the Left-Hand Lane". There are eighteen cuts in all on the project which includes several bluegrass standards as well as four Tim White originals.

Joining Tim on August 3rd will be his good friend David Browning as the "Mayberry Deputy". Also on the Pickin Porch Stage will be Glen Harlow on mandolin, Kevin Jackson on fiddle, Teddy Helton on bass, Mack Puckett on guitar, Ray Dearstone on mandolin and Gary Wayne Laws on bass.

The recording also includes some humorous stories told by Tim at some of his live shows. Music and comedy are both on this CD. As a humorist, story teller, banjo picker, guitar player and singer Tim has spent his entire adult life entertaining. Tim has been broadcasting his nationally syndicated “The Tim White Bluegrass Show” on radio for over a decade as well as broadcasting a local program over the years in the Tri-Cities region of Bristol, TN/VA. The CD release party on August 3rd is at the Foundation Event Facility at 620 State Street, Bristol, Tennessee. Admission is free and there will be refreshments served.
