The Roys: Those BootsNashville, TN -- Award-winning Bluegrass duo, The Roys, have released the video for their latest single, "Those Boots," which serves as the second release off of their latest album, The View. The video deeply connects with their roots, and includes footage of military members, farmers, firefighters and more. The video was filmed and produced by Passamano Bros. Productions, and premiered exclusively on The Boot.

This new video for "Those Boots" from the second track of their fourth album album The View which is definitely the duo's greatest effort to date. The Roys have put together a project that shines some light into their personal lives and shows off their skills as vocalists, instrumentalists and songwriters.

"Those Boots is a song that really touches the heart and is very patriotic as it pays tribute to our military," says Elaine Roy. Lee Roy adds, "It's one of our favorite songs on the new album. I hope everyone enjoys watching it as much as we enjoyed putting it together!" ”Those Boots” is a song I helped write with my good friend, Jenee Fleenor,” Lee Roy says. “We had the idea to write stories that encompasses boots: a farmer, the military and then obviously the singer, walking out to the Grand Ole Opry stage.”

So far, 2015 has been a good year for the brother/sister who began the year performing on the Country Music Cruise. They are featured in the latest edition of Country Weekly, along with other artists performing on the cruise including Charley Pride, Martina McBride, The Oak Ridge Boys, Lorrie Morgan and more. In addition to a jam-packed tour schedule, they have continued to gain traction with their latest album The View. They came in at #7 on Deep Roots Magazine's Elite Half Hundred of 2014.

The Roys have heart. A lot of big heart. As the album weaves tracks of stories and reflection that give a wider view what The Roys represent. There is a lot of reflection in the songs presented here. They are deep, personal and convincing -- not an easy task to master. It is easy to understand how this happens when Elaine and Lee wrote the material on all the tracks in this album. These are the songs of their lives brought together into an awesome collection.
