All-Star DuetsNashville, TN – The long-awaited, highly-anticipated new album by award-winning singer/songwriter, Larry Cordle, All-Star Duets, has now been made available to radio via AirPlay Direct. Duet partners include Garth Brooks (Against the Grain”), Alison Krauss & Union Station (Two Highways), Trisha Yearwood (“Lonesome Dove”), Del McCoury (“The Bigger the Fool”), Diamond Rio (“Mama, Don’t Forget to Pray for Me”), Dierks Bentley (“You Can’t Take it with You When You Go”), Ricky Skaggs (“Highway 40 Blues”), Terri Clark (“Cure for the Common Heartache”), Travis Tritt (“Rough Around the Edges”), Kenny Chesney (“Fields of Home”), Daryl Singletary & Kevin Denney (“Murder on Music Row”), and Kathy Mattea (“Lonesome Standard Time”). The release date is scheduled for early November 2014.

The idea of All-Star Duets, to record an acoustic album with many of Nashville’s superstars who have recorded his songs, was conceived over ten years ago as a dream project of Cordle’s. The artists eagerly signed on and it was brought to life, slowly but surely, as busy schedules allowed. The result is undoubtedly the culminating pinnacle of his 30-plus year career as one of Nashville’s most renowned songwriters.

Several notable recording studios on and off music row are credited, from Starstruck to Station West. All of Cordle’s parts, as well as several of his guests and some instrumental tracks, were recorded at Randy Kohrs’ Slack Key Studio, where Cordle recorded his previous two albums.
