The Flat Iron Farm in Great Mills, Maryland will be hosting the 2012 Bluegrass for Hospice. Jay Armsworthy organizes this bluegrass music benefit event each year and brings in top bluegrass music talent for this outstanding fundraising event. The event will be held Saturday, October 27th from noon until 8 PM at the Flat Iron Farm on Flat Iron Road, Great Mills, Maryland.
This year, Michael Cleveland & Flamekeeper join The Roys for an afternoon and evening of outstanding bluegrass music. These award winning artists are sure to please the bluegrass fans who attend. In addition, Charlie Thompson & Bottom County Bluegrass, Bubby Abell & Spoon Creek, Bluegrass Gospel Express, California Ramblers, David Norris, And a special guest appearance by the Gracie Guys and Gals Dnacers will round out the evening's entertainment.
In addition to the music, there will be Door Prizes, Silent Auctions, Money Raffles too. Bring a lawn chair and BYOB. The site is Handicap Accessible and there will be outdoor bathroom facilities however, the event is held Inside.
