The Monroe-Style All-Star Faculty Concert at Bluegrass Museum

2011 Monroe-Style ConcertOwensboro, KY -- It's mandolin picking time at the International Bluegrass Music Museum in Owensboro, KY. Consider this your invitation to join us Saturday September 15th for an evening concert filled to the brim with Monroe music.

Are you ready to hear some bluegrass picking? Are you in need of music that is fashioned from deep within the repertoire of the Monroe catalog? Join the faculty next Saturday for some classic Monroe music featuring the faculty of the 7th annual Monroe-Style Mandolin Camp.

The evening concert will be held next door to the museum at the Owensboro Symphony Orchestra. Tickets are $20. This includes light hors d'evours and wine. Refreshments will be available at 7 p.m. Music will start promptly at 7:30. To reserve your ticket call the museum at (270) 926-7891
